A native of Concord, NC, Ali Moody came to the Cashiers area as a student at Western Carolina University. By the time she graduated in 2001, she was ready to make the Highlands – Cashiers Plateau her home. Before long, she decided to focus her marketing and management expertise on real estate.

Kati and Ali have worked together as a team for more than 10 years and pride themselves on providing a higher level of service than possible working independently. Preparation for the heaviest periods of traffic begins earlier each year as the market continues to expand, with buyers scheduling their vacations well in advance to coincide with searching for homes or land.
Staying abreast of the luxury and vacation home markets is central to the Mountaintop Properties’ in-house real estate sale team. Ali has earned the designation of Certified Luxury Home Marketing Specialist (CLHMS) and is a member of the Institute for Luxury Home Marketing. She has also been designated as a Resort and Second-Home Property Specialist (RSPS) by the National Association of Realtors (NAR).
